21 1/2 weeks

Nancy and I are taking a break from house cleaning for a few minutes. This past week, the baby has started to kick a little harder and move around a lot more. This afternoon, Nancy was eating lunch and had to stop halfway because it seemed the baby wouldn't get out of the way and was blocking the path for the food!

This coming Thursday is our regularly scheduled midwife appointment. I've added a couple links to the left that give more information on our midwife and the fertility acupuncture that Nancy received. She hasn't had any acupuncture since starting her 2nd trimester, but she'll go back during her last month for "easy labor" treatments and after the birth for postpartum treatments. I'm sure there are some mothers out there that would have a comment or two about a few pricks of a needle making the labor easier...like "good luck"...ha ha. However, I will say that during her first trimester, Nancy never got sick while receiving acupuncture for morning sickness. So, there's always a possibility!

I'm very excited for the both of you and although I think it will be a boy, it really won't matter in the end how you decorate the room. Did you know that pink used to be a boy color? Weird, huh? Put a picture of the both of you on here if you get the time. Congratulations!
